App wont let me send offers

Mines been an issue for about 2 weeks, today and yesterday it's much worse

Hi @chicblend , thanks for making us aware of this! The appropriate teams are aware of this issue, and this should work better in the next update. Currently, you should be able to send single offers, just not bulk offers.
