App wont let me change notification settings

I'm really tired of getting alerts, when someone is going live. I could not care less,, but it will not let me change anything in settings/notifications. Been reporting it,, still not fixed.

Try temporarily disabling push notifications entirely, then enable them again to see if that allows you to be able to change those settings.

Otherwise, try clearing your eBay app cache and data and see if that makes a difference.

If not, try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, then installing the latest version of the eBay app once more.

I've disabled just about everything and opted out and it doesn't do any good.
