App running ridiculously slow when listening

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus. I've had it for less than 6 months. The app runs slower and slower when I try to list, relist, upload photos etc. It does not matter if I'm on wifi or mobile data.. I've tried emailing support. Does anyone have a fix for this?  It's becoming so frustrating that I don't want to use it. Thanks!

Have you tried uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, and then installing the latest version from the Google Play Store?

Yes. I have tried uninstalling and uploading the newest version.

Restarting your device after the uninstall ensures you get a clean install when you re-install the eBay app.
