App not showing send offer

The app is not showing the ability to send offers, but I'm seeing them on the desktop, as well as this, my sales are the worst I've seen them in years today,, nobody is paying for accepted offers, and the site is very sluggish. I'm pretty sure all these issues are linked. Ebay won't acknowledge anything...

Some sellers reported this week that eligible offers are not showing up under "tasks" on their app selling screen, but offers are coming and going from the "opportunities" section underneath. I'm still seeing them under "tasks".

That said, if you click on active listings, do you see the actions button at the top, and does anything appear after you select send offers?

Im having the same issue.. My send offers option under tasks in my seller tab is gone.. As of today Only.. I am however able to send offers by the actions tab as mentioned above, but doing it this way doesnt show me how many i have available to send, and i like to watch that number grow every day, to monitor my store.  I send offers every morning from the tasks send offer option, and its gone. This needs restored fast.

Shake your phone @**selling**stuff** while the app is open to file a tech report saying listings eligible to send offers as a seller is no longer appearing under Tasks on the app Selling overview page.

I don't know if this is a bug or an intentional design change that only some users are seeing. I've been seeing complaints ever since app updates were released on Monday. I'm on the latest version but SIO still appear under Tasks for me.

This does nothing when i shake my phone, but thanks for trying to help.

You may have that turned off @**selling**stuff** . You can also access through Settings and shake to report, or you can click the ? icon.

Options through the app:

1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.

2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report. Screenshot below.

i changed nothing on my phone.. I used the send offers on my phone this morning at about 7am, and around noon, checked my phone and it was gone.. Ebay changed something, its a known issue from calling in, so we shall see if they fix this.
