Anyone else having trouble with products showing up in the eBay app? My most valuable products do not show up?

Are you using the iPhone app? I am having a problem with about 1/3 of my currently active items not showing up specifically on the iPhone app. They show up in searches from a computer, from a mobile browser and from the android app, but not in item searches from the iPhone app.

I’m sorry you are having the problem too, but I guess I’m not alone on it. I would like to hear from everyone on it. I have used the iPhone and my iPad. Unfortunately, it’s the most expensive products I sell. I’ve taken a throttle hit for almost 3 months now, which I understand everyone needs a turn but this is far more than one should expect. Even eBay wrote and asked what might be wrong about a week ago since my sales have fallen to none. I guess it’s yet another glitch in their trying to upgrade, at least I hope that’s all. Thanks for your reply.

IT’S WHEN I GO TO MY STORE THAT MY PRODUCTS ARE MISSING. I’M EXHAUSTED FROM A LATE NIGHT AND EARLY MORNING. SO, AGAIN IT’S MY STORE.

The problem does appear to be specifically with the iPhone app - I has someone try and buy an item from my store and they got a weird message about the item not being available for sale on the app and that they needed to buy it from the actual site (I think there is another posting on the Technical Issues board about this).
I have 126 active listings at the moment and only 89 that show up on the iphone eBay app. It is very frustrating not knowing if there is anything that I can do to fix this. I tried speaking to eBay customer service a couple of times and they said that it is known problem they are working on, but I have to say it was not at all clear that they understood what I was saying - they appeared to think I was talking about the item 'view counter' which also is not working and IS a known problem.
There is no doubt that this is effecting sales - apart from direct messages form people trying to buy items and being told that they can't, other items that I would normally sell very quickly at the price I listed them are not selling at all.

I just got off the phone with an ebay representative and she is submitting a ticket to get this fixed as none of my items are on the ebay application as well. Who knows how long that will take...... My sales are down 38% over prior year and with alll of eBay glitches, I may try Amazon.
Other known Glitches:
1. Promotional Banner not showing up at the top of each listing.
2. If you pick 4 Featured Listings when you edit your store, only 1 or 2 will show when you click publish (Customer View).

Does anyone know if this is only affecting sellers with an eBay store? I have done a couple of comparative searches on the full site and on the iPhone eBay app and all the listings that I have noticed as missing from the app are all from stores. I have looked at a few sellers without store subscriptions and all of their items are showing on the iPhone app. It does not strike me as money well spent if one of the consequences of having a store subscriptions is that a large chunk of your listings are hidden from a large chunk of buyers.

I only use the app to search products for the most part. I noticed I can’t get any products out there, especially the quilts. I’m glad it’s not my day job. I would be panhandling.
Thank you so much for your response. I checked out of all of them, but clicked the override for Global Shipping. I thought that was what I had to start with. Do you feel I did anything wrong in doing this? I truly appreciate your help.

I find it very helpful for the price. If you get over a certain amount of listings a month it offsets the cost. That’s my biggest reason for using it. I’m really frustrated. Ebay has come so far, but this new upgrade they are doing is going to run off buyers and sellers alike and they already have lost many that are just starting to come back. I hate to see it a ghost town, but myself included I’ve about reached my limits messing with all the quirks. It’s way to time consuming and useless if I can’t sell enough. I’ve got my own little store and I think I need to turn my focus to it instead of this. My online store is so easy to function and you get help from other Americans that know what they are doing. It’s a big plus.

Not sure what you mean by that. I noted GSP on the comforter set listing I looked for international locations, but Guam, Puerto Rico, the other US Territories, and APO/FPO ARE CONSIDERED domestic*, don't fall under GSP, and are currently not excluded on at least that one listing I looked at.
(I see you may have changed some things, but I only have a few more seconds to edit this post, so will look and see what I can see)

Someone else had a question and I blended the two. I’ve tried again to figure anything out.
I did change the shipping issues.
I think it’s time to focus elsewhere and when I sell, then I sell. I was just reading on their new “test listings” and what a mess it’s making. This is getting way too exhausting. I have spent approximately 14 hours in two days trying to figure it out. They can’t either. I was told someone would call me back today, but I guess they don’t have anything to say.
I’m not selling anything. That’s how they end up losing sellers who care. So I guess if they don’t get these messes cleared up, the buyers will be leaving as well AGAIN.

That is crazy. After you gave me a heads out, I removed everything and agreed to Global Shipping Overrides. I’m hoping I can attach the screenshot because maybe I’m not getting it? Thanks for your help.

It’s getting better. The seller hub is right on. I think they are updating everything making a lot of glitches but with a system like theirs, it’s no wonder. I have a hard time with just my computer. I believe they are there.
