Anyone having same issue as me ? nothing showing in store or in search !! no ETA on a fix from IT

I am a small business that lives on eBay and recently my account was restricted for 3 days (erroneously btw) and when the restriction ended my store never re-populated any of my thousands of items  - nothing shows in search !!!!!!!!!

multiple calls and emails to eBay and  all eBay does is stall me 

"Following up on our recent phone conversation and my subsequent submission of a ticket to IT.  Per product development, what you are experiencing is currently a known issue which is being worked by IT to resolve.  Your account has been added to the alert/bug ticket.  I do not currently have an estimated resolution date/time.

You should be notified when this issue is resolved."

NO ETA AT ALL TO FIX THIS HORRIBLE PROBLEM ?????????????????

been weeks and weeks of nothing 

ideas ?  

eBay we rely on you to be here for us and when we need you where are u ??????????

Are you able to list new items and have them appear in search?

nope 

i tried that - doesnt show in search

even ended existing listing and relisted

got nothing

and now they ignore me and dont even reply on Facebook business and emails ignored

they have no ETA of fixing this - its insane bad customer service

they dont care is correct

i am losing hundreds of sales

they did say its a know issue 

so why cant this major massive big company fix it !!!!!!!!!!!!
