They are doing this repeatedly with mine, causing nearly a dozen lost sales and angry customers. A US based customer service person acknowledged the glitch—although the overseas ones are clueless— and says they are ‘trying to fix it.’They go through all my listings and correct the address and then the wrong one pops up again on random sales. This is not a mistake I made as their software will not allow me to input an incorrect PayPal address and in any case they were all changed to the proper one and it happened several times again. It is maddening. The address has a number they change by one digit. That gmail name and number is taken so I can’t even register it with PayPal and issue a refund, the buyer has to go to PayPal and do it. I’ve spent more than a hour on the phone with eBay and each time they guarantee it’s fixed and each time it’s not. I’m thinking of taking all my listings down as it’s not worth the headache
