I've tried everything I can think of outside of the dreaded 2hrs on hold with ebay for preselcted scripted answers that don't pretin coming from customer service....
I'm listing a boombox via:
Consumer Electronics>Portable Audio & Headphones>Portable Stereos & Boomboxes
The B.I.N. keeps automatically getting set @ $5.00 and even after revising keeps getting rest at $5.00
????
Anybody else getting this issue?

I'm a bit sorry about calling you out on it too, but there are so many posts in these forums with zero info, and I get tired of playing twenty questions before even starting to think of answers, workarounds, or solutions. All goo though

By regular listing you mean the advanced listing form? When listing, doing a Sell Similar, or Revising a listing something like:
https://bulksell.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SingleList&sellingMode=.... ?
(no idea what the URL for the Quick Listing Form looks like as I've never seen it. Don't know if it differs or not)
There have been a couple of sellers in other threads reporting that prices won't change and stick when they revise a sell similar item. Iit was not clear but sounded like they could change the price that was there from the previous item they are cloning, but when they saved the changes and viewed the listing again it was right back to the original items price (a couple lost money when the items sold for the old lower prices.
Does that sound like what you are experiencing?
What I could find:

There were issues a long time ago (in the old listing form?) with being unable to change a price in a listing in some browsers (similar to the above) where the price would revert before being able to save the changes. A workaround for that was to change the listing duration, then change the price, then change the listing duration back, and save.
