I can't access my watch list, it's been down since yesterday.

No big deal, everything else is fine.

Is that an ipad? I've seen one post mentioning that the "server down" message only appeared on an ipad, going through a PC things worked fine for that same user.

Can you try another browser? Or a different device?

Count me in!  Started yesterday afternoon.  Cannot access my Watch List page.  Get the exact same message screen that you showed in yoir post.   I tried clearing my cache and browsing history.  No change! 

Using Google Chrome on my Samsung Tab 3 running android.

Thanks for the mention of browser and device -- that's the first confirmation I've got on a non-ipad device. So far I have yet to see anyone using a desktop report a problem reaching their watch list; it seems so far that all the problems involve tablets.

You should still be able to see your watch list items by going through the Summary page:

I use a desktop pc & Chrome as well as an Android tablet, and it's the same thing for both of them. When it's a site-wide outage it doesn't matter what devices are used.

Yours is the first report I've seen that specifically says you can't reach your watch list page from a desktop machine.

It's not a site-wide outage. It's a watch-list-page problem that happens for some but not all users, most of whom appear to be using tablets. ebay.co.uk may be having a problem, judging by downdetector, but ebay.com is not down at the moment.

Can you still see the watch list items on your Summary page?

I am getting system unavailable when trying to print a international label. Will retry tomorrow but will notify customer. I created  a ticket with customer service.

Yes, I’ve been getting the same thing too (I can access all pages of MY EBAY just fine except my Watch List & I’m getting the same server pop-up page) — I work from an Apple iPad Air with a Safari browser. My iPhone, however, pulls up the Watch List okay. ****I think it would be incredibly helpful if people would actually call eBay and report the problem directly to them, not just to fellow community members, as I just got off the phone with eBay & they told me they’ve had no other reported issues related to this & so they assumed the issue is really with my system & could not help me. Supposedly they will file a report, but if others reported the same issue & backed it up, maybe eBay would be able to get this annoyance fixed. *(Just To Note: I also found that currently the automated call back option is not working correctly at all & will not allow contact to be made (which I also reported) & instead it is best to go “Help & Contact” and call eBay directly — I got right through with no wait time & the rep I spoke to was pleasant).

Well, I have good news and bad news about this problem.  

1)  Tapping on  the Watch List item on the pull down menu in the upper right hand corner works sometimes, but not consistently.  Starting about 20 minutes ago, I can now get to my Watch List screen about 15% of the time.  The other 85% I get them same error message.  

2)  Once I  get to the Watch List0 screen, if I tap the refresh icon, about 15% of the time, the screen will refresh fine.  The other 85%, error message

3)  I went to the summary screen using the link you provided.  Tapping on the Watch List item on the menu (on the left hand side of the screen) give me the same 15/85 success/fail rate.

Keep working on it. You are getting closer.
