Another erroneous "Late delivery" defect.

Second time in as many weeks that I have to waste my time correcting an erroneous defect. 

Tracking shows label and delivery were on time but I get a defect anyway. What's going on???

I'm struggling with multiple instances of this! Item was shipped next business day, tracking supplied to support this yet eBay refuses to remove these defects saying "Not optimal buying experience". Not sure how to avoid these ridiculous dings!
