When you use the bulk shipping and set up your labels and pay with paypal you go to a screen with three options, print labels, print recept and print item list. If you select Print Item List BEFORE you select Print Label, the system ignores your settings and prints the USPS postage amount on the label. It would be fine if this INCLUDED the handling fee but it DOESN'T. So it's actually 2 bugs in my opinion. One it prints the amount when my preferences are set to not do so, and when it does, it doesn't print the entire shipping and handling amount.
