Since the 4/4/2024 update I frequently almost every time get an infinite spinner when attempting to list a new item. Usually I can search for an item by title, but when i click on listing details the spinning starts. Also, if I get further, usually a 1 day auction is shown on the summary screen, but you click details it's grayed out. You set a buy it now price, and it still shows auction, and usually toggling it multiple times still might not get it resolved.
Only solution, is once you're finally able to at least get pictures in a listing (which is a chore) you have to save as a draft, then finish listing on a PC.
I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling multiple times, clearing cache, etc. One thing I've found is sometimes (though a small percentage of time) if I Force Stop the eBay app, then clear the cache and reopen, I can usually get 1 to 2 listings done, then it's back to the infinite spinner again.
