An item I purchased, paid for, and already received in the mail is still in my shopping cart

Hi, I won an auction for a collectible item on Oct. 22nd. I paid for the item and I have already received the item in the mail but the item is still showing in my shopping cart and I cannot remove it. This is occurring on multiple platforms (Chrome on Mac Mini, Chrome on Windows laptop, and in the iPhone app.) Has anyone else seen this issue? Screenshot below. Thanks

Yes, I'm experiencing the exact same issue. It's been going on a couple days & there are multiple posts on eBay about it, so hopefully the tech dept. is aware.

Normally I'd suggest making sure your browser is up-to-date and clear your eBay cookies/cache and even test with a different browser to see if the problem persists, but ...
