I list many trading cards each week. I upload scans of the cards to use in listing photos. In the middle of doing listings last night, images suddenly started to load very distorted. Any new scans I make upload like this. All scans I made the day before upload fine. Things I've tried:
- Restarted printer/computer.
- Changed where files are saved and in which form (jpeg to png, etc.)
- Waiting a day to see if something was wrong with eBay.
- I Uploaded the same files that become corrupted in the eBay listing creation page to both Photoshop on my personal computer, and to Canva in a web browser. In both cases the images loaded without any issue.
Please help if you can, I am falling behind on listings for my store!
