It is not entirely clear and I hope I am mistaken, but I want to make sure you are not allowing a scammer to take over your computer via remote access.
Did you call a phone number you found from an internet search for eBay customer service, and were you told to install a remote software app like AnyDesk or TeamViewer on your computer so eBay could fix something? If so you are dealing with a scammer who is trying to rob you. Quit the application or restart your computer immediately and change your passwords.
