All Ebay items showing up as ended not found using Explorer

Using Explorer all listings in the stamp category are showing up as:

This listing (115325947190) has been removed, or this item is not available.

Ebay is all messed up today!

No scroll bar is available on listing pages using Chrome

Are you using explorer or Edge? That item shows up in Edge.

Make sure you have the latest possible version of Explorer (11), or try another browser instead.

Older versions of Explorer are no longer supported by Microsoft, and Explorer has been replaced by Edge.

It appears that even Explorer 11 is no longer supported by eBay, and items that can be viewed in other browsers may not appear when using Explorer 11:

The URLs contain extraneous information, making the listing "ended" in some way. I can remove the ?extraneousstringofmanymanycharacters and the listing appears as it should. This is in Chrome.
