Age verification link leads to “its not you. Its us” server issue page

Attempting to purchase cutlery. 
When ebay goes through the age verification process i am instantly getting sent to the “it’s not you. It’s us.” page stating the server is down.

Have tried various browsers etc but no such luck. 

Looking to see if this is a common issue and if there are any tips in order to get to the age verification page.
