Adult Only Shipping Error SOLVED (Kind of)

In my attempt to sell an adult only product recently, I've been hit with a shipping error that "Adult Only items can only be shipped to USA and Canada."

After changing every possible shipping option, I called eBay. After almost 30 minutes on the phone and speaking to three different people, I was informed I had to "create a new listing" instead of using "sell similar." So, I did. I still got the same error. After a few days, I finally had time to call eBay CS again. I spoke to four different people over the course of an hour (after waiting 32 minutes for a call back). After an hour without success, I was told it would be fixed through email. After 5 email exchanges asking me to do the same things I've already done at least two or three times (new listing, clear browser history, restart computer, remove all shipping options (except USA and Canada) in general settings, removing Global Shipping, etc). It turns out through my own research I found the problem (big sigh here):

If you are signed up for eBay managed payments, Adult Only is a restricted item. You cannot sell it.

I did reply to the last email from eBay:

Thank you for your quick reply. I've resolved the problem on my own as the suggestions I keep getting from eBay CS is a loop of the same suggestions.

FYI: As it turns out, the reason the listing will not go through is because I'm signed up for eBay managed payments and it's a restricted item if you are signed up for them.

I do request tech support to add this information to the top of their "suggestions," as I could have saved a lot of time on edits, phone calls, emails, and lost sales from restricting my international sales for a week.
