Ads not showing?

I just started relisting new items and when I go to promote them, this little blue exclamation point comes up saying "Ads not showing". Has anyone else noticed this? I am wondering if it is another glitch. This has been going on for about 2 days now.

Can you click on the blue info icon and take a screenshot of what that says @samanthasb0utique? Have you checked here to see if your promotion is still active?
