Add item specifics

After entering item specifics & hitting updates it reply's with,  Your not the owner of this listing therefore you cannot update item specifics

When in fact we are the owners of the item

this app has a issue from hackers  or very poor software, please fix so it doesn't keep making us enter item specifics then a week later ask for the same item specifics all over again

Some ask for condition of  card then it says id category not excepting this specifics, so then why ask for them

We could be listing other items but instead we are spending an hour or 2 updating item specifics that we updated last month

Let us have the option to opt out of this 

When we list items we put everything we possible know about the item in the item description, even the measurements, but then it ask us for them any ways, so silly and a waist of our valuable time

Similar in the trading cards category.  Suddenly 48 listings popped up overnight with needed specifics and when you follow ebay's prompts to submit them, it says the updates aren't compatible with the category.  But I'm following your recommendations...Hopefully it's an early glitch as they roll out the new specifics requirements.

I have been wasting a lot of time with "Add item specifics" requests recently, this wouldn't be an issue, but the "Don't remind me of this" option doesn't appear to be working.

Why wasn't this beta tested?  The Technical issues are numerous today across my account.

Thank you for reaching out to us about the recent changes in the Sports Trading Cards. We're sorry to hear that you have had a frustrating experience as a result of our recent category changes. Sport-based categories for cards and etopps cards have been deprecated and replaced by product-type based categories. The categories will be replaced with item specifics and left-hand navigation refinements for Sport. Categories were added for Single Cards, Sealed Cards, Lots & Sets, Breaks, Uncut Sheets & Grading Tools among others.

You’ll be pleased to know that you can narrow down your search by Sport, Season, Team, Year Manufactured or any other item specific you are searching for. Instead of navigating through the category structure, you just need to filter with the equivalent item specific, for example: Sport = Baseball, Team = Chicago White Sox or Season = 1941-42. I do hope this helps to resolve your concern.

As the category changes roll out there will be some fluctuation in the item specifics and left-hand navigation filters. This should settle down in the next few days. We apologize for the inconvenience in the meantime.
