Active listings not matching Store Listings

Good morning!

Please add me to ALERT15129 - my store active listing count from the Seller hub is 587 however when I look at my store listings the total shows as 572.   Screenshots attached - Thank you in advance for your help.

This has been an issue they cannot seem to fix for around a year now for me.

I had it happen before and was told to add it to the alert with screenshots - so....trying that again...we'll see!

For what it's worth, all 587 of your listings are being shown on the eBay search page. It's just the total shown on that page that is wrong (it can't count).

At 240 per page, it shows (240 * 2) + 107 = 587 listings. And I did check, pages 1 and 2 have the full complement of 240 listings each.
