Ebay Technical team, I can't view my "Active" listings, the issue started 10:30am CST is this issue being addressed now?

Yes, I just came across the same problem in the seller's hub.
You can still view your active/sold/drafts etc on your all selling page. Link below:
https://www.ebay.com/mys/active
It's a work around until they get this fixed.

Same here. I noticed it around 11:00am EST.
