Active & Sold listing no updating on My Ebay page

For the last week or so I noticed that sold items still show in the active listings section of My Ebay Selling.  They also show in the sold.  Contacted eBay and was first told that it is because of the GTC setting, but I only had 1 of each item.  Then was told that the system just didn't update for the end of the month.  Doesn't make any sense to me.  Have never had a system update issue like this, and it is now Sept 4.  These listing were from 2 weeks ago.  eBay requested that I manually go into each item and end listing.  eBay said they would get if fixed, but has not.  Is there a new setting that I need to change for these to disappear from the actives?

If your sold listings are staying active, you need to check the Out Of Stock option in your site preferences.

If it is turned on, your sold listings will stay active until you end them.

kensgiftshop,  I thought it might be something easy.  I had done a help and discussion board search but couldn't come up with anything.  Too many changes on eBay lately for me to keep up with.  Thank you so much!!!  Worked like a charm!
