As of yesterday, 1/5/24, the Item Title Search no longer allows for a negative (omit) search term. Putting in a (-) negative sign before the term used to return all items that did not have the search term. It now ignores the (-) term and returns a result set with the search term instead of without.
This omission feature still works properly on the Item Description field.
