Hello,
For some time now (maybe since I got managed payments?) none of the links/preferences inside Accounts works. I can click Summary, then Accounts, but then any links/preferences inside Accounts don't work. I click but nothing happens. I have tried multiple browsers (and emptied caches and even reinstalled) and multiple computers for both of my ebay accounts from multiple locations, and nothing works. I tried emailing ebay with my problem but that is one of the links that does nothing
At least I can still put up listings and manage things on that end, but I have no way to change any account preferences for the time being.
I did look around but on short perusal found no one else with this problem.

Do you have the eBay app on your phone? That might be a way to access some of your account information if going through browsers is not working for you.
I see you are registered in Japan. You most likely will not be able to get eBay to call you back using the Help & Contact link on the US site.
