My account is restricted due to bad buyer experience about one year ago. At that time I was a new comer to eBay as seller. I need to activate the account again. Please help me to regain my account Thanks in advance.

@abdr-te0, this forum is a user-to-user forum. You can't contact eBay customer service by posting here. Most of the responders here are based in the USA, but we do know something about the export selling requirements.
With the eBay Cross Border Trade (CBT) Selling Dashboard, you get several months of warning if your performance for either Bad Buyer Experience (BBE) or Item Not Received (INR) does not meet the minimum requirements. These are set by comparison with other export sellers, who are selling similar items in a similar market to you.
eBay continues to evaluate your performance as long as you have eligible transactions. If you are able to improve your performance until you meet or exceed the minimum requirements, then eBay removes the restrictions.
Unfortunately, if you are not able to improve your performance enough, and eBay removes your listings and restricts you from selling, then eBay will not evaluate your account any further. The restriction is permanent. These FAQs are from the third link above:
