This is insane please just read
around 3 weeks ago my payments got put on hold to make sure all my products get delivered, I call they say it’ll take 5 days max, on the 5th day I contact back and the employee says “I promise just trust me, you will get your funds today” I have proof of this.
day goes by and nothing, then my account gets put under performance review. I’m like what the heck, for context I’m a physical store so when I can get the funding it hurts me.
6 days go by, and I call, they said it’ll be removed tomorrow.
the next day my account is suspended until I upload tracking numbers for my package? I bought every label through eBay and every package already has a tracking number, I’ve never had a dispute or even a negative feedback.
it says to reply to the email with the trackings which I do, and guess what, after I send the email it says “Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately, this address doesn’t accept incoming email so you won’t receive a response. You can get help with your issue at www.ebay.com/help/home. You’ll find details on how to contact us there too.”
I have been trying every single day for the past 3 weeks to reply to the email. I’ve called atleast 7 times and they keep saying, oh everything fine I’ll escelate it, I’ve told them someone has tried that before and one person just hung up on me.
I have $10k sitting in eBay and I can’t do anything about it, no one will talk to me or even give me a reason. I’ve been on eBay for 2 years and I have no idea what I have to do at this point.

As an infrequent seller with less than ten unique feedback ratings for sales in the last year, it should be no surprise to you that eBay places a hold on your payments when you suddenly sell $10K worth of Playstations.

You may want to post on the Selling board for advice from other sellers about uploading tracking info -- typically that is not done by email.

I understand, that’s why I was patient for the first 2 holds, but when I can’t contact them for weeks? They say someone will reach out tomorrow multiple times and no one does?
thats what kills me, I just want to know what’s going on.
also they told me in the email to “reply to this email with your tracking numbers” but that email don’t work.

It sounds like you have been contacting eBay repeatedly, but that is not really helping you at all, because you are expecting eBay customer service reps to release your funds. That is not how it works.
You need to get advice from other sellers, not from eBay customer service.
