When I go to the Account Settings page none of the links are active. If I move the cursor to Addresses or Payments or anything else the item becomes underlined but nothing happens when you click on any selection.

Also if I go to the Help & Contact page and select account help it just stupidly says "We didn't find a good match for your search. Please try again."

I have tried this on two different Win 10 PCs. I even download a virgin copy of Chrome and it's the same. Also tried on Firefox with the same result. There was some discussions about clearing cache which I did to no avail.

Any ideas?

Are you signing in to ebay.com from outside the US?

The reason I ask is that I have seen several similar complaints from users in central Europe. Those users are also having problems contacting eBay through the Help & Contact page, where any subject category results in a "no match to your search" error.

Are you using one of these links?

You may have better results signing in to another site such as ebay.co.uk, though you will not be able to access all your account settings outside of ebay.com -- particularly those involving payments.

Hi, thanks for your reply. You are 100% correct, I now live in Central Europe and experience both of the problems you mentioned. The second link above is the one I have a problem with.

However, if I use a VPN and an American IP address, the problem remains.

My shipping address is in Central Europe so that may have something to do with it.

I will give the UK ebay site a try.
