Account Settings Blue Links Unclickable!! Anyone else experience this issue?

Hello,

I recently have hit this unusual problem. After logging in and clicking account settings I am unable to click any of the blue navigation links. (I have attached a screen shot.) Strangely the gray footer links on the site work, just the blue navigation links aren't functional.

I have logged in and tested it on 3 different windows 10 devices  / and 3 different browsers just to be sure... even on my android device in webpage mode. Still no luck.

Anyone have this issue and find a solution?

Sorry to ask such a basic question - but did you see a progress bar and allow time for the page to load before giving up?

I am not giving up, I am simply troubleshooting and trying to confirm if others have the same issue.

I have the same problem.  None of the links in Account Settings do anything.  When I move the cursor to a link, it's underlined but nothing happens if I click on it.  Have you found a solution?  I also tried brand new Chrome download, Firefox, Brave and two different PCs.

Are you signing in to ebay.com from outside the US?

The reason I ask is that I have seen several similar complaints from users in central Europe. Those users are also having problems contacting eBay through the Help & Contact page, where any subject category results in a "no match to your search" error.

You may have better results signing in to another site such as ebay.co.uk, though you will not be able to access all your account settings outside of ebay.com -- particularly those involving payments.
