hello I'm trying to reactivate my account, but every time i try to contact eBay Support by E-mail of By Call, i always get error message. how can i contact them ?

Follow this link, go to the bottom, click "contact us". Follow the prompts, you will eventually end up in an IM chat with a representative or you can ask them for a call back.

Never try to email or call EBay. You will only find a scammer on the other end. Follow EBay's website, you end up in live chat or they call you, that's how you know you aren't being scammed.
