@astoi-25 Not sure why you are getting that error. You need to contact customer service for help. Since you are in Bulgaria you can reach them on social media

@cool224 When you have a problem it's best to post a new question.
Have to tried going to the sellers profile page and contacting them from there?
Click on their USER ID then select contact from the upper right hand side. That works sometimes when other methods do not
