Over the past two months I have been getting this error and kicked out of ebay. 

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.com/itm/374640610052?" on this server.

Can anyone explain what this is and how I can fix it?

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.

"Access Denied" errors when trying to check out or pay usually indicate some sort of network error.

If you are using a VPN, try disabling it.

If you are using a custom firewall, that may be causing problems.

Try paying using your phone or laptop when not connected to your usual network wifi.

Nothing has worked. I am a seller and do all of my research on eBay. It happens all the time now. Sometimes I can reboot and it will be okay for a little while. Other times it doesnt work at all.

What happens when you change it to https @industrialsurplusstuff2023 ?

Did you read the thread eburtonlab linked above? That discussion reports several sellers had success accessing eBay once they changed their IP address.

If you are still blocked, before changing your IP address, see what Akamai says about your current IP address:

Specifically, use the client reputation lookup tool link on that page. If your IP-address has a poor reputation, that should tell you why.

If the problem is caused by other users sharing the IP-address, changing your own IP-address can help you. If the problem is on your own computer, or your organizations' computers, or another computer that uses the same address as you -- if it is the source of certain kinds of non-approved data mining, for instance -- then the fix will be only temporary, and your new address will quickly lose reputation as well.

What a hassle, 3 days down. FINALLY fixed it myself. Lots of time researching.

On Apple Ventura

1. Go to system settings
2. Click NETWORK on left side
3. On the top right it will show the network you are connected to.  You will see the symbol of a lock, the symbol of wifi then a box that says DETAILS.. Click on details.
4. The second option on the left part of the screen you will see an option called TCP/IP. Click that option
5. Fifth option on the menu says DCHP lease. On the right of it click on RENEW DCHP LEASE.
6. Click OK at the bottom
7. Refresh webpage
8. Go to my page of items AJW2203 on my items buy something or buy me a beer
