This is the third time within the past week this has happened now, I try to access the main site (for some reason I can get onto the community though? hence I can post here, I assume because the URL is community.ebay.com). Anyway, this randomly happens out of the blue:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.co.uk/" on this server.

The reference code changes each time I refresh. But this has now happened three times and doesn't go away until I reset my modem/router. Same thing if trying to access ebay.com. I haven't changed a thing on my PC or modem/router, it started earlier this week and after googling I read to reset the router, which works temporarily. Right now its happening once again. None of my devices using this router can access ebay neither, so clearly its an IP thing.
ISP is Sky Broadband btw.
