Accepting Offers bug on eBay app?

Is it just me but for the past few weeks, every time I would get a counter offer and I accept it on the iPhone app. It doesn’t register as accepting it, it register me countering their offer with their same offer. I had 3 today that did that, I screen recorded the last one to make sure I was accepting their offer and it happened again. I accepted the offer but soon as I hit “accept” it went out “sent” offer

eBay is apparently experimenting with the way offers work.

If a seller accepts an offer, in some cases the seller's account automatically generates a corresponding counteroffer at the same price. The buyer then has to accept and pay to confirm the sale, otherwise the item remains listed and available for others to purchase.
