Did you mean:

Abuse

I get you offer the eBay Money Back Guarantee but how exactly do you know they did use it abusively?

I ship a game and they then ship it back. It is a working disk until they told you and well they got to return it and make me a glorified library. Then there was the Xbox one. The dude read what it said. I figured he is a fixer. He shipped it back because of the shell of it was off of it slightly. I HAD TO REFUND and I was able to pop it back on. Fixer my *. So, you award idiots and abusers. You have to make something that is fair for both sides instead of the buyers get to * over sellers with this **bleep** ass loophole. Recently, I sold something decent. Instead of making it a slow process so I don't have to BE IN THE **bleep** HOLE. You were like under the eBay Money Back Guarantee... I am losing money more that I am breaking even. It is infuriating! You made a quick way to solve their **bleep** problem but now I have a * problem! If you offer the money back guarantee then mother*, it should be YOUR **bleep** MONEY that will be paid back. Not from my sell. Bet that would make it fair for all of us and you would check on who is doing what vs. I got scammed.

* the eBay Money Back Guarantee.

Re: Abuse

Don't know how that would make it fair for all?

They would raise the fee's and the ones that don't get many returns would be paying more in fee's because of the ones that get a lot of returns.

Have a great day.

Re: Abuse

@jpcharri  -

Im going to assume you think you are talking to eBay.

You are not.

eBay is not here.

You seem to be having an issue -

As a small child I was told "life isnt fair" and its not.

The best you can do is adjust your expectations.

As a seller you agree to abide by the policies here including the MBG.

Sometimes you need to decide if its a good idea to continue selling online.

How does eBay know of the buyer filing the claim? They don't. If you hate it now, pull your listings before you're in too deep.
