Is anyone else having problems when trying to change the package and weight dimensions in the bulk listing tool? If I try to change each individually ebay returns a system error. I though it may just be a bug but after trying again today (after waiting a week) it still will returns the system error...
Have been having the same problem with bulk label tool for months. No one seems to know the answer to this. Every time they fix one thing, they make something else go haywire!
Bulk listing tool is what most call it. BEAR (Bulk Edit and Replace tool).
So you are trying to change multiple items to the same weight and dimensions?

I have the same problem since saturday and called eBay a dozen times, they say it works on their computer (they signed also in with my shop) and I should clear my cache and my cookies but I did it already. It didnt even work on Firefox instead of Chrome. And then they acted like it would be a individual problem and said the technical service will fix that. I still dindt get any answer, now I see, I am not the only one with this problem. Hope we get that fixed. Let me please also know, as soon as you got it fixed.
I think the OP was talking about the bulk shipping tool...
that makes much more sense... and i know there is a different way of editing dimmensions when bulk shipping,,so maybe the op will come back and confirm if they were talking about builk SHIPPING
