ASENDIA - Transactions missing on-time tracking or carrier scan

Since 2 months or so I'm quite often not Top-rated anymore. I upload tracking on time, use a shipper that eBay knows and that went very well for over a year. But since 1-2 months something did change; eBay shows all my shipments to the USA as missing on-time tracking. 

Weird enough, when I check a week later, some are off the list. But also, of the new week more added.. Very frustrating. Is this an API issue with Asendia en eBay?

See here; sold the 25th, shipped the 26th, scanned by Asendia the 27th and since then in the system. But eBay says otherwise.

Have no idea what Asendia is, but you probably should ask about this on your home site, since you're registered in The Netherlands.

Asendia is also known as La Poste (France) or Swiss Post (Swiss).
