ANY ONE HAVING TECHNICAL ISSUES WITH EBAY

Earlier today I was able to access Create a Listing in My Ebay..........when I got to the shipping method, it wouldn't let me list the carrier or type of shipping...........it had a default number listed there as well as in the return policy and the payment policy.  Now My Ebay doesn't load up.  I have reported to Customer Service and they have no clue.

The site is up and working for me at the moment, but I have seen some similar comments lately.
