I have a very annoying problem, in CAD and postal code set.

Shipping price from search list doesn't correspond to price inside item.

The problem is the seller does not have dimensions entered on the listing form @yanni_const which is causing the inconsistent shipping rates. If you want to contact the seller let them know:

For eBay International Shipping, when dimensions are not entered in the listing form, buyers will see one shipping rate in search and a completely different rate at checkout.

This is a new program with a small group of sellers currently enrolled so a lot of these quirks are not yet widely known. You'll be helping the seller if you let them know about this.
