I repeatedly encountered the following error message:
> "I'm sorry, I could not proceed due to a server call failure."
This message loops continuously and prevents me from receiving any support or escalating the issue to a human agent. I also tried requesting a transfer to an agent, but the assistant continued returning the same error.
Please investigate the server call failure and restore proper functionality to the support assistant.

If you recently changed your username, try signing out of eBay completely and then signing back in again.
