For the past few days when I click on any if my store items this comes up, "there seems to be a problem serving the request at this time" it's only on my computer but works on my mobile phone fine, so any customers that use a PC will see this, I haven't had very much sales and its because of this glitch, other ebay sellers and buyers have also had this problem....is someone working to fix this please?

Does the problem go away if you clear your cache ("for all time"), manually delete just your eBay cookies and restart your browser?

Do item listings load if you use a different browser?

I can view listings from your store without any problems.

I have been having this issue since Thursday the 13th mid-day. Clearing cache, cookies, history signed out, blah blah blah, restarted and still nothing. There are a lot of sellers having this issue, there are youtubers starting to share this problem with their followers hopefully that will get someone's attn. I have called ebay several times and also contacted ebay for business. Five days later and more sellers are reporting the issue. Needless to say, they are probably not working it. If a buyer enters your store and cannot access the item then what happens, oh yeah they leave. This is a huge problem for niche sellers because our buyers shop our stores not through search.

When I click on "view items", all of your 1,500 listings are shown to me and I am using a PC.

Just now clicked on "View Listings" on a PC and am able to see what I assume would be all of your 1,500 listings without issue.

I have 29k listings, not 1500 listings, and yes if you click on view listings you can see the items. This problem is occurring ONLY when you visit the store and click on a listing "within the store". The "pop-up view" shows an error message and not the item details. I just visited the OP's store and can NOT view the listing in the store when I click on any one of them. I repeated the entire "clearing of this and that" on my laptop and still no change. I cannot view any items in a seller store. I am aware you can scroll down and select "see all items" however, will a buyer automatically know that is the only work around at this time, no they won't.
