On April 1st my Listing format changed all together, I no longer have the option to give my buyers a 2nd choice for shipping, I've noticed it is the same on my laptop and Desktop. but my phone still has the option and I normally list on my Laptop. I have found if I complete my listing and Post I can go back and revise the listing the second shipping choice is an option. I am not the only one who is having this issue.

I am having this problem as well. When I try to add the second shipping on the app after creating the listing on desktop, it wants me to enter a flat rate for USPS ground advantage. We used to be able to have it calculate by distance.

Update:
eBay changed my listing format again!
Now I have no way to add a second choice for shipping because they also changed my phone!
Feeling very frustrated.🙄

There were changes to the simplified listing form on the website. I no longer have a working link to the simplified form otherwise I'd try to help you out with this.
If you want to send me a message with the link to one of your draft listings I can work off of that (replace your draft ID with my own). I will either be able to find a way for you to add a second shipping option, or I'll be able to show you how to switch to the business form. @5754maryt

I found a way to access the simplified listing tool. I went through the changes and was able to verify:
On the web with the quick listing tool it is not possible to offer more than one shipping service.
At the top right of the page click the button to switch to the business tool and that will open up a lot more shipping options, including the ability to offer multiple shipping services.
Once you have access to the business listing tool, this is how you add additional shipping services.
