I don't know what else  you need to do, but I'd remove my email contact from this post in this public forum.

When I log into eBay I always get the “A new device is using your account” email and sent to messages. If you know it was you that just logged in you can safely ignore it.

It will happen every time you log out and log back in. There’s no getting rid of it.

If you are erasing your cookies when you close your browser, or changing your IP-address (via VPN, hotspot or privacy software) then the next time you sign in to eBay you will go through verification and one of those messages will be automatically generated.

Retaining your eBay cookies will avoid triggering those messages, provided you are using the same device, browser and IP-address.

I rarely get those messages at all since I do not erase my cookies.

If those messages annoy you, you should consider not deleting eBay cookies to avoid having to go through verification again and receiving those messages.

As another responder pointed out. Your browser is deleting the eBay cookie. When you close your browser this is what happens. You will get the message and eMail that says a new  device is using your account…

eBay has no control over what your browser settings are set at.
If you don’t want to keep seeing that message don’t close out your browser…simple solution. Or go into your browser settings and toggle off the setting that deletes cookies when you close your browser…another simple solution.
