2 Sales in 4 days - 2 customers could not complete checkout.

2 weeks ago, my sales doubled on a particular item Last week I tried to buy an item and it took me 3 days for check out to work. Yesterday, I had 2 sales where customers cannot complete checkout. It wont go thru. (customer checked her credit card and there was no problem. This past week search was pulling up items without keywords I entered.

Was this a general site-wide search (as opposed to a Seller Hub search)?

What keywords were you searching, if you don't mind revealing that?

Some users were having problems with PayPal last week through the web site unless signing in to PayPal in another browser window first or switching to a private or incognito browser window.

Been an on and off issue for the last 2 years for me. Always have customer saying this and I aske them to contact ebay and try tomorrow and it may work. Been more of an issues (along with offers) the last 5 weeks.
