10 Days- Still cannot answer Messages

ebay, how long is this going to continue? It has been 10 days and I still cannot answer messages sent to me thru ebay inbox. Google chrome sign in does not help either.

Have you tried using another browser? I haven't had any problem on Firefox or Edge.
