I can't print packing slips or shipping labels. Had a customer tell me that Ebay said he's requesting an invoice for an order he already paid for. He did not request the invoice! This is part of an email from a customer stating all his issues. "So, something new and unexpected happened on my eBay app as today's auctions were ending. As each one that I won ended, a pop-up appeared informing me that Auto Pay will be used to pay for the item using my default credit card and that would happen within 45 minutes unless canceled. eBay also used my default shipping address that I usually change to my parents' address for delivery reassurance. I was at work during this and I was trying to cancel all these auto payments, but apparently two slipped past me. They were both Gloria Estefan 45's. I got charged $6 shipping on each of them individually and they're not able to be combined with my usual 40 record invoice now. Should I cancel these individual orders or would you include them in one of my forthcoming boxes and refund the extra shipping I was charged? I hope this Auto Pay doesn't become a problem, especially for a buyer who wins multiple auctions at once! I didn't see a setting where I could turn it off and stop it from ocurring. Bad idea, eBay!" PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!!!
