Potential Bug - Fulfillment API

Hi,

Since last week I've spotted a bug with an API that was working previously. 

This API: 

https://api.ebay.com/sell/fulfillment/v1/order/{order_id}/shipping_fulfillment

 When called without any tracking details, used to give a 201, and a 999 fulfilment in the response header. This behaviour is still the same.

However, it also used to mark the order as "Dispatched" without tracking - it no longer does this. The order stays in the awaiting dispatch status in the UI, and stays as NOT_STARTED on the API.

When called with a valid shippingCarrierCode and trackingNumber - it works as expected however.

Can someone please advise another way to mark items as dispatched without needing to give a valid tracking please?

We want the above API endpoint to dispatch orders even when no tracking number is entered...

This needs to be fixed in a timely manner
