Order task completed, but the download file has no order information

Hi, eBay Team, 

I created an order task and checked the order status to be completed, but I downloaded the file without any order information. What do I need to do?  In addition, same condition in 'getOrders' interface that has data.

There are a few other questions:
1. Which interface can download sales reports directly like platform downloads?

2. Can i specify the file format for 'createOrderTask' interface?

Looks like a bug in API, I can also download the file but it does not contain any orders but I can see orders in the getOrder endpoint.

Pretty sure you have to be in prod for this to work
