The problem we're encountering is that we've listed a product from a sandbox seller account with worldwide shipping status. However, when the buyer sandbox account attempts to make a purchase, they receive this message:
"Unfortunately, the seller will not ship to your location. Please update your shipping address or contact the seller to request order total."
You can see in the images below that we have worldwide shipping but it's still giving the error. We are using two different user accounts, one seller and one buyer, so that's not the issue.

Hello,
It appers that you are encounting an issue with sandbox accounts while testing worldwide shipping. Despite setting up worldwide shipping in the seller account the buyer account receives an error ststing that the seller won't ship to their location. Double-check the shipping settings on the product listing for any misconfigurations.
