Error trying to publish a test offer saying the account is incomplete

Hi,

Have got as far as updating inventory and creating an offer but I am stock on publishing it because I get the error{

The problem is, (unless I am misunderstanding the nature of the sandbox) I cannot update or check my account because no pages or links in the sandbox work at all. They either hang, go back to the "Welcome to the sandbox page" or produce a dx error (no domain) (every action also logs me out)

Is the site supposed to be like that or am I doing something wrong? If that's intended then any ideas how to fix the error using only the API?

Pretty sure you need to do all that via API... Sandbox does not have any frontend functionality. The only frontend I have seen is "dummy" links to the listings.
